Can I repair a bag purchased from Kawanishi Bag?
We only accept repairs on products purchased from our company.
Depending on the degree of damage or dirt, we may not be able to accept your repair request.

If you purchase a pre-order item and other items at the same time, they will be shipped at the same time as the pre-order item.

Kawanishi Kaban's canvas series products are prone to color transfer, just like regular canvas and denim products.
Of course, it contains a color-fixing agent so the color won't transfer violently, but please be aware that the color may transfer easily in the following cases.
