Tokyo event starts on November 23rd!

The Tokyo event will start on the national holiday on Thursday, November 23rd, and run for four days until Sunday, November 26th . Since it's an event space, the president will be there all day.

Kawanishi Kaban usually sells its products mainly online, but the first exhibition he held was in Tokyo, where he wanted people to see the actual products in person. was!

Here is the origin of the name Comame.

▪What is sand leather?

We spoke to the tanner at Setouchi Leather.

"It is genuine leather that ages more quickly and clearly than other leathers.
When you first start using it , the surface has a rough texture, but as you use it over time, the fuzziness will gradually settle down and it will become moist and soft to the touch.
The fluffy, rubbed look makes it look just like natural wood grain.
In addition, the leather is saturated with oil, which gradually seeps out as it ages, giving it a glossy appearance. We will continue to do so.”

Sand leather is an original leather with a unique charm.

▪Scratches are less noticeable!

Sand leather has a fuzzy texture from the beginning, so scratches are less noticeable.
