Repairs for our own products
Thank you for your continued patronage of our products.
Kawanishi Kaban accepts repairs for products purchased from our company.
If you would like to have your product repaired, please check the "Procedure for repair reception" and submit your application.
Repair reception process
1. Send a repair request via the official LINE
When contacting us via our official LINE account, please provide the following information to ensure a smooth process.
·name
·Your phone number
·email address
・Repair area (photo)
·order number
(What is the order number? It is listed on the "Order Confirmation Email" or "Delivery Note.")
2. Confirm the repair cost and delivery date (tentative)
Based on the information you provide, we will calculate and inform you of the approximate repair cost and delivery time. (Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. )
Repair cost example: Replacing a backpack zipper...approx. ¥6,600 ~
Rebranding: Approx. ¥ 1,100
*Prices may vary depending on condition and product.
*Repair costs and delivery times may vary depending on the area to be repaired, the number of years of use, and the number of repair parts. These may change after we check the actual product.
3. Send the item to be repaired to Kawanishi Kaban
Once you are happy with the repair cost and delivery time, place the item in a box and send it to Kawanishi Kaban.

*Please note that shipping fees must be borne by the customer.
4. Confirm the repair cost and delivery date (decision)
We will check the product received from the customer and calculate and inform you of the exact repair cost and delivery date.
*The repair cost and delivery date may change if any new defects are discovered during the repair process or if we suggest a better repair method.
In that case, we will inform you of the changed price again and ask you to confirm it.
5. Notification of repair completion | Invoice sent
Once all repairs are completed, we will send you a completion report and an invoice for the repair costs by email.
6. Confirmation of payment | Shipment of repaired product
After confirming your payment, we will ship your order within 7 days. Please wait a little while for it to arrive.
*Please note that shipping may be delayed due to long holidays, New Year's holidays, and other reasons that may affect the closure of the distribution center.
If your Seowu or Gen is undergoing long-term repairs, we can also lend you a replacement!
If the repair period is long, we will lend you a replacement item.
There are two types of products that have alternatives:
・seowU
GEN
Replacement item loan requirements
・We will only lend out products if the repair period is one month or longer.
・You cannot choose the color of the rental items.
・Rental is free of charge.
・Please return the repaired product to Kawanishi Kaban within 3 days of receiving it.
(Please pay the shipping fee for the return. Please choose a shipping company that is convenient for you.)
