When manufacturing products, it is unavoidable to encounter "non-standard products."

・Uneven weaving or scratches in the fabric ・Stains that occurred during production ・Production defects that cannot be corrected and were rejected during inspection ・Sample products, etc., with specifications that differ from the current product

This is a perfect product for everyday use, but due to Kawanishi Bag's strict standards, it cannot be sold as an official product.

However, we don't want to just throw away a product that has been carefully made and is fine to use!

Therefore, several times a year, we hold an outlet sale of usable non-standard items as a way of giving back to everyone who regularly supports Kawanishi Kaban.

We want to convey our gratitude to the whole country!

Until now, outlet sales have only been held at the Kawanishi Bag store (Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture).

This is because each outlet product has different characteristics, and when purchasing based on photos alone, an e-commerce shop cannot fully convey these characteristics, which can cause inconvenience to customers.

We wanted customers to see it for themselves and be convinced before they made a purchase.

However, now the wave of support for Kawanishi Kaban through YouTube has spread across the country.

To express our gratitude to people all over the country, Kawanishi Kaban has planned an event to sell outlet items online!

"2024 Summer Outlet Live Commerce" Flow

Based on the trial outlet live commerce we conducted in January, the content of the further evolved "2024 Summer Outlet Live Commerce" has been decided!

This was a huge hit last time, but it's a sales method that's the opposite of the usual!

Publish a "text-only list" and make it available for purchase! → Then introduce the products through live commerce!

Kawanishi Kaban's outlet live commerce will start on Monday, July 15th (national holiday)!

①Outlet list will be released on Monday, July 15, 2012 (National Holiday) from 12:00 noon

Starting at noon on the 15th, a list of about 250 outlet items will be released all at once! The list includes the following six items.

・Genre・Product name・Color・Reason・List price

(The list will remain open from this day until the end of the outlet sale.)

We will be introducing items other than those that have been sold since Friday, July 19th in order of variation number.

There are over 250 items in total, so anything that can't be introduced on Saturday, July 20th will be introduced on Sunday, July 21st✨

The cart will remain open during the introduction so you can make purchases on a "first come, first served" basis !

Outlet Live Notice and Request

Live commerce is fun because it's difficult to predict! We have some announcements and requests for our customers to make sure the outlet live event goes as smoothly as possible.

・Due to system reasons, multiple items may be purchased at the same time. In the case of multiple purchases , the first order will be given priority.

- You can cancel your order by phone before the product is shipped, but please note that we cannot accept cancellations after the product has been shipped.

・If you have any questions about outlet products, please use the "chat" on YouTube Live. *We will not be able to answer any questions about outlet products sent via LINE or email during the live stream.

・Due to the large number of comments we receive, we may not be able to answer all questions. (We will read all Super Chats, but please note that purchases are on a first-come, first-served basis.)

 ・Sales will be on the official EC site special page. Please see the YouTube Live summary.

- Shipment will begin in late July / Can be shipped together / Free shipping for purchases of 30,000 yen or more.

・During the outlet sale period, we expect a large increase in orders, so delivery may take longer. We will increase the number of staff to handle shipping, but some items may take more than 10 days to be shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

・We will suspend "NP Pay Later" during the live commerce event.

Shopping from an online store, where you cannot see the product in person, can often leave you feeling anxious or worried that the product you purchase will not meet your expectations or imagination.

That's why Kawanishi Kaban promises our customers that if you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it all !

We also accept returns of outlet products.

*Outlet products are sold at a discounted price. Therefore, we ask that customers cover the shipping costs for returning the products.
