What is our original leather "Sand Leather"?

"Sand Leather" is a leather that was jointly developed with Setouchi Leather, a tannery that makes leather using 100% domestic cows raised in the Setouchi region!

Sand leather has a pattern that resembles natural wood grain, created by processing the leather surface to make it fluffy .

The pattern is slightly rough to the touch, which makes scratches less noticeable and gives the piece an impressive, tasteful appearance.

The leather is thoroughly soaked in oil before processing, so the oil will seep out and transform into a beautiful, shiny leather with each use.

Thanks to the surface treatment, it ages faster than regular leather, and you can immediately enjoy the smooth shine of the leather .

Sand Leather is available in four colors: Sand Navy, Sand Gray, Sand Camel, and Sand Green .

What is "Tuscan Red"?

We are particular about the color red, which is one of Kawanishi Kaban's brand colors.

What is "Savoie Setouchi Leather"?

"Leather that is resistant to aging!"

The leather we chose with this idea in mind is "Savoie."

The "Savoie" produced by Setouchi Leather is made by removing the proteins and fats from the skin using a chemical called chromium sulfate.

Compared to other tanning methods, it is lighter and less susceptible to aging, so it is used not only for leather accessories but also as a material for bags.

Savoie is available in five standard colors: strawberry, oriental blue, cappuccino, coffee bean, and black.
