Regarding delivery

・Delivery will be made by Japan Post. (Some items will be delivered by Yamato Transport.)
・Shipping dates vary depending on the product.

A. It will be easier if you return the product in the box that Kawanishi Kaban sent you. If you have discarded the box, please prepare a cardboard box of a similar size.

A. Please choose the delivery company of your choice and return the item using a cash-on-delivery slip .

What is cash on delivery?

This is a shipping method that uses a "cash on delivery" slip, and the destination (Kawanishi Kaban) will pay the shipping fee. There is no shipping fee for the customer.
