Kawanishi Kaban tote bags come with D-ring parts on both sides so that they can be used as shoulder bags by adding a shoulder strap.

A shoulder part is an item that upgrades your tote bag so that it can be used not only by holding it in your hand but also by slung it over your shoulder.

The shoulder parts made from genuine leather, the "leather shoulder parts", are made using Setouchi Leather.

The leather shoulder straps are about 3mm thick and cut from a single piece of leather with no seams, making them an item that gives your bag a more high-quality, elegant finish.

*We do not recommend wearing this with the larger mico M/L sizes as it will create an unbalanced look.

21mm width for a sophisticated look

The leather shoulder part is 21mm wide, ensuring durability and a beautiful look when worn on the shoulder.

You can use this when you want to add a touch of elegance, such as for a formal dinner or shopping at a department store.

The length can be adjusted from approximately 95cm to 120cm.

Two-tone leather to match the material

The leather shoulder parts are made from the same material and color as the thick Setouchi leather used for the handles of Kawanishi Kaban tote bags.

The camel color retains its natural texture and can be used universally with any bag color.

The black version has all black metal fittings such as the snap hooks and rivets, which blends well with the leather and adds an elegant touch to the bag.

Available in camel for canvas bags and black for Cordura® bags.

At first the leather has a firm and elastic texture, but as you use it it will become soft and lustrous and adapt to your body.

About the material

Original material "Sand Leather" | Developed in collaboration with Setouchi Leather

"Sand Leather," which was developed in collaboration with Setouchi Leather, a tannery that processes hides into leather, has a pattern that resembles natural wood grain by processing the leather surface to make it fluffy.


The pattern is slightly rough to the touch, which makes scratches less noticeable and gives the piece a tasteful appearance.

Enjoy the changes over time

Sand leather is thoroughly soaked in oil before processing, so with each use the oil seeps out and transforms into beautiful, lustrous leather.

Thanks to the surface treatment, it ages faster than regular leather, and you can immediately enjoy the smooth shine of the leather.

Threads selected to match the color of the leather

At Kawanishi Kaban, we use different stitching threads to match the various colors of leather.

Genuine leather has its own unique dye finish, so you need to choose thread that matches the color of the leather. Changing the thread every time is not an efficient way to go.

However, products made with threads that are perfectly suited to leather have a neat and elegant appearance.

思った以上に良かった

コーデュラミニモンに合わせるのに、ストラップすごく迷いました。高くて迷ったら買えという教えに従い？決めました。思った以上にしっくりとして、いい感じです。何度も鏡の前でかけて、確認してます。
ミニモン手持ちで使うつもりで、ストラップはおまけ程度に思ってましたが、ショルダーとしての方が出番が多そうです。
思った以上に厚みのあるレザーで、少しゴツゴツと体に当たる感はありますが、そのうちに馴染むのかな？と思ってます。

1ヶ月の感想

セオエルのキャメルを購入し、1ヶ月経ちました。初めての本革のリュックで、手元に届いた時は、色や形がいいなと抱きしめながら幸せな気持ちになりました。
使用用途は、通勤や買い物です。今後、旅行にも使おうと思っています。
良いところ
専門書4冊、ファイル1つを入れても重く感じないところがすごくいいなと思っています。持ち手のところで持っても軽く感じます。
比較した鞄は、コーデュラで一部本革を使用しているリュックです。容量は21L持ち手が細い本革になっているものです。
同じものを入れて背負ったとき、持った時の感想は、セオエルのほうが軽いでした。比較した鞄のほうが本体重量は軽いので不思議でした。
ポケットがたくさんあり、整理しやすいです。
耐水性について
7月のどしゃ降りの中、スーパーカブで自宅まで帰った時中まで染みたかなと思いましたが、持ち手の裏辺りが少し湿ったくらいでした。特に染みてあとになるといったこともなかったです。中が湿ったのは、もしかしたら、ボーペンの汚れを落とそうとして、革に傷がついてしまったからかもしれません。
毎日ケアしていると、愛着がどんどんでてきて幸せな気持ちになります。なので、ボールペンの汚れを見つけた時はショックでした。
これも、消そうとして失敗しましたが、いい思い出として、今後も大切に使っていきます。
そして、セオエルは、おすすめしたい鞄です！
職場の人もその鞄の色良いね！革でいいね！と言ってくれたりしているので、いい鞄だと本当に思います。お値段に対して十分、私は満足しています。

お財布届きました！

先程、待ちに待ったリッチーL トスカーノリスシオ(ワイン)が届きました。
荷物を受け取った瞬間、梱包のガムテープがカワニシカバンさんオリジナルなのが可愛くてハートを撃ち抜かれました（笑）
ドキドキしながら梱包をほどき、商品が入ってる箱を開けると革のいい匂いとともに渋めのワイン色が目に入りました。手触りもとても良いです。

やっと・・・やっと・・・買えました

一度お店で現物を手に取り　一目惚れでした。
そのときも在庫は無く　３月に入ると思います・・・とお聞きし　３月にＨＰを拝見したところ（少し出遅れて💦）すでに売り切れていて・・・サンドキャメルがほしくて待ちました。
お財布は　約２０年ぶりに新調しました。

これからは

取り出しやすい、探しやすい！

YouTubeで川西社長がリュックからの財布の取出し易さを強調されてるのを見てきめました。今まで使っていたのはそれなりの容量がありましたが、上半分は空、下側に財布等がある状態で、無駄なスペースができる、物が探しずらい状態でした。
でもこの鞄は物が探しやすい、取出しやしいで、大変重宝しています。いろいろと楽になりました。

今まで二つ折りを使用していましたが、薄い財布が欲しくなりYouTubeを見てリッチーLが欲しくなりました。名古屋に来るということで実物を見て購入を決めました。

来週の東京イベントに行って実物を確認してから決めようと思いましたが、
24日が一粒万倍日に加え、天赦日、大安とも重なる最強開運日ということや、
そもそもそれまで売り切れになるかも？という思いと、皆様のレビューが背中を押して本日の購入となりました。
24日から使えるのが今から楽しみです。

オリーブ買いました。
落ち着いたグリーンが素敵すぎる。
ラビットはとにかく軽くて驚きです
背負ってる感が無いといっても過言では無いレベルと認識しました。
ショルダー部分が馴染むには時間がかかりそうですが、ゆっくりクセつけていきます。
収納なのですが、リュックユーザー向けのバッグインバッグがあれば良いな!と感じました。
外側は充実してるので困りませんが、内側は綺麗に収納するにはポーチ等で自分なりの部屋を作る必要があるかな…と
リュック内の小物迷子がなければ完璧なので自分だけのリュックになるよう頑張ってみます

念願のリッチーＬを購入しましま。
本当は3月の販売で購入したかったのですが
セオウィーを購入したばかりで嫁からNG。
今回は私の誕生日ということで自分へのご褒美として
購入させていただきました。
実物はかっこいいのですが、表面に数本のスジが。
裏面にも写真では伝わりませんが複数のスジが。
嫁に見せると「うーん。。。」という感じ。いつもは
私の方がこういうことに敏感なのですが、YouTubeで
洗脳されてるのか味かなと思っております。
購入できた喜びが勝っているのかも？
返品も考えましたが、財布を交換していると誕生日に間に合いませんし。
なんとなくスジも右肩上がりでいい模様にも見えてきました。
使い勝手は申し分無さそうなので、はやく誕生日が来てくれないかなと思っております（誕生日まで財布は寝かせています）

Q: What box should I return it in?

A. It will be easier if you return the product in the box that Kawanishi Kaban sent you. If you have discarded the box, please prepare a cardboard box of a similar size.

A. Please choose the delivery company of your choice and return the item using a cash-on-delivery slip .


What is cash on delivery?

This is a shipping method that uses a "cash on delivery" slip, and the destination (Kawanishi Kaban) will pay the shipping fee. There is no shipping fee for the customer.
