The tote bag, grave, is a Kawanishi Kaban redesign of the Garden Bag with lots of pockets, and now comes in a Cordura® fabric version.


The body is made of durable and beautiful glossy nylon fabric, and the black leather handle and all-black metal fittings add a luxurious feel.

What is Cordura® fabric?

The Cordura fabric used by Kawanishi Kaban is called CORDURA Ballistic, a robust nylon fabric developed by INVISTA, a long-established leader in the nylon industry.


This fabric is lightweight, resistant to abrasion, tearing, and abrasion, and is so strong and reliable that it is even used in bulletproof vests.It is highly water-repellent and boasts high strength that allows it to withstand harsh environments.

Therefore, it is less likely to deteriorate over time, and is recommended for those who want to use it for a long time while keeping it looking nice.

Hanging storage with "daisy chain"

Bottom studs keep your bag looking beautiful

The bag has studs on the bottom to keep it looking beautiful for a long time even when placed on the floor.

If a bag without bottom studs is left on the floor for a long time, the bottom and four corners of the bag will rub against each other, causing them to get dirty or tear.

Usually, bottom studs are attached to all four corners, but when carrying heavy items in a bag, the center can sink and lead to tears.

Lining: Microfiber fabric

The inside is made of soft microfiber fabric so that you can put your computer inside as is.

The color is brown, which matches the color of the main unit and gives a luxurious and high-quality impression.

Lining: Nylon 110 twill

The lining is made of 100% nylon, which is highly elastic and durable, and the back of the fabric is coated with acrylic, giving it a slightly water-repellent function. Even if you put a wet plastic bottle or umbrella inside, the water will not easily seep through to the surface of the backpack.

"Nylon 110 twill" is elastic, wrinkle-resistant, has a beautiful luster, and is just the right thickness for a luxurious feel.

通勤に使っています。

いつも楽しみにYouTube観ています。先日、Dカンレザー付きコーデュラ(R)用ショルダーパーツ[38mm]と一緒に購入させて頂きました。自転車，電車使用の通勤用に使わせて頂いています。とってもかわいいのですが、気になった点を書かせていただきます。ショルダーパーツが160cm の身長では、長さを1番短くしても、脚に当たってしまう長さで、ちょっと歩きにくいと感じました。あとバッグを肩掛けしたシルエットは素敵なんですが、ショルダーを使用した時の形崩れがもったいないと感じました。また、朝のラッシュ時に使用するので、人が多く防犯面でも心配で後ろ側に斜め掛けした状態での使用ができず、グレーブミニのように蓋チャック標準装備されていたら、形もきれいなままだし、後ろにも斜め掛けできるのになぁと、そこが少し残念に感じました。（蓋カバーは面倒そうに感じてしまう。ごめんなさい。）
アベベ、コーデュラグレーブを持っているので、次はミコMあたりが欲しいなぁと思っています。

何でも入る！

カワニシカバンデビューはコーデュラabbでした。
abbを使っているうちに、仕事カバンとしてはもう少し容量が欲しくなり、ちょうど販売されるgrabeブラックを購入しました。

5月末に届いて約1ヶ月使い、大満足です！
小銭入れなどの細かなものが散らばらないよう、バッグインバッグを利用し、サイドポケットには必要に応じて折り畳み傘や水筒を入れたり、何でも入るので、入れすぎないよう要注意なぐらいです。

ショルダーはabbとgrabeて付け替え、両方とも長く愛用できそうです。

長く使えそうです

黒のgrabeコーデュラを購入しました。会社用のカバンとして1週間ほど使用しました。丈夫で、持ち手の革は手に馴染み、容量は申し分ないです。黒一色は無骨な印象かな、と思っていましたが、持つと案外小ぶりな感じがするからか、かわいらしさもあります。どのポケットに何を入れたらしっくりくるか、日々試して新たな発見をしているところです。

最高最強のトートバッグ

プライベートと仕事両方で使えるトートバッグを探していました。ノートPCが入る物を探していたのですが、なかなかかわいいデザインのバッグが見つからなかったです。
でもYouTubeを見て、一目惚れしました。
しばらく使ってみましたが、デザインと使いやすさが最高です！コーデュラで丈夫なのも安心です。
一つだけ残念だったのが、ショルダーでも使いたかったので同時に購入した「Dカンレザー付きコーデュラ(R)用ショルダーパーツ[38mm]|ナイロン製」です。品質はとても良いのですが、一番短くしても、ちょっと長い…。
でもお気に入りのバッグなので、長く使いたいです！

しなやかなストラップにびっくり！

Dカンレザー付き帆布用ショルダーパーツ[38mm]
バイカラーグレーブミニ（グレージュ×オリーブ）と一緒に購入しました。
箱も高級感があって良いですね。
最初手に取った時、思った以上にしなやかなストラップでびっくりしました。
レザー部分やDカン部分に高級感がありますね。
縫製も十分美しいですが、カシメの際レザー部裏側にうっすらキズが入った様です。（使っているうちに直ぐ気にならないレベルでしょうけど）
ネットで見ていた時には、少々高級過ぎて手が出ないかと思いましたが、実際手に取ってみると、カバンとともに如何育っていくか楽しみになって来ました。
今回、何色が良いか、随分と悩みました。
クレージュにするかキャメルにするか｡｡｡
クレージュに心は決まっていたのですが、この先カバンが増えるならオリーブのバックが増えそうな予感がしたので、オリーブを選ぶことにしました。
もう少し涼しくなったら、グレーブミニとともに使ってみたいと思います。

講習参加

電車で１時間ほどかけて講習に参加するのに家内が荷物をどうするか悩んでいたので大型のトートバッグが良いだろうと思い購入しました。
実物を見ないでの購入には少し不安がありましたが見た目もエレガントな感じで良かったと思っています。
実際に使ってみた家内の話では、まず必要な物がバッグに全て収まったこととセンターにタブレットを入れる場所が有ることに喜んでいました。また、しっかりと自立してくれるのも気に入っているようです。
持ち手も手に馴染むようで気に入っていました。

カワニシカバン最高！

コーデュラのグレーブミニ発売日に店頭で購入させていただきました。次週にバイカラーのグレーブミニが発売だったので、どちらにするか悩みましたが、実物を手に取ってみるとコーデュラの柔らかさにひかれ、悩んだ結果コーデュラに決めました。実際見た時は思っていたより小さいかなと思いましたか、中にいろいろ入れてみると結構入りました。大きさ、軽さ、デザイン最高です。ただ、ファスナーを開けた状態だと、ファスナーの生地?の部分が内ポケットに被さって少し使いづらいように思いました。これからも新作をとても楽しみに待ってます。

一目惚れですが、コーデュラとも迷って注文しました。

アベベとラビットを使っています。バイカラーのグレージュ×オリーブ、一目見て気に入りましたが、コーデュラのカーキも可愛いなぁ、と、思って迷いました。迷ううちに、コーデュラは売り切れてしまい、バイカラーは、絶対ゲットする、と思い、発売日に購入しました。
アベベのカーキもあるので、荷物の容量とか似てるので、使いわけがどうか、と思いましたが、使ってみると、これはこれで使いやすいと、感動しました。アベベの方が底マチが広いので、厚みのあるポーチなどの荷物も沢山入ると思います。アベベは、カゴや箱のように、ざっくりと荷物を入れるイメージです。グレーブミニは、アベベより少しコンパクトに持つのに良く、荷物はアベベより薄く立てて重ねて収納するイメージです。ファスナーで蓋が出来るので、プライバシーが守れるので、電車の中や、荷物を手元に置かない場面でも安心感があります。外ポケットも携帯や鍵、駐車券などをさっと入れたり出したりするのにとても良いです。カワニシカバン、沼りますね〜😁

グレージュのグレーブミニを購入しようと秋口まで待っていようと思っていたところ、バイカラー発売ということでめちゃくちゃ色を迷いましたが、動画を何度も見てキナリ×グレージュを購入しました。
まだ使い始めなので生地は硬いように感じますが、使って行くうちに馴染んでくるのかな。
お店に行くことは難しいのて、実際の大きさなど動画からしか見れなかった為、多少不安はありましたが、大きさもちょうど良く、使い勝手も良さそうで使うのが楽しみです。
YouTubeで一年ほど前に拝見してからずっと気になっていたので、ようやくデビューすることができました。大切に使いたいと思います。

美しくしなやかなストラップ！

バイカラーグレーブミニと一緒にレザーショルダーパーツを購入しました。
とても美しくてしなやかなストラップに、思わずニンマリ。
今まで沢山のカメラストラップや鞄のショルダーストラップをを利用して来ましたが、コレはとても良さそうな予感がします。
何せ、革裏やコバも美しく、金具や焼印もイイ感じなんですよね。
直ぐにでも使いたいところですが、この季節（夏日）には色移りしそうなので、もうちょっとしてから使おうと思います。

3歳と産まれたばかりの子供がいるので、ママバッグにポケットがいっぱいのグレーブのコーデュラがいいなぁと思ってたんですが、サイズは理想的のですが、入り口がボタンなのと重さもミルクやお尻拭き、その他子供の物を色々入れると重くなるかもと思い何ヶ月も悩んでるうちに、ミニの大きさの方がいいかもと思い購入させて頂きました。結果、ミニの方が毎日使うし良かったです。外側のサイドポケットに飲み物が入るのがとても助かります。持ち手がカバンのギリギリまで縫われてるのが使いやすいです。パパが待ってもかっこいいし、凄くいいじゃん！一生使えそう！と言ってくれました。夫婦でお気に入りです。ただ、カバン自体重いなと感じました。それでも使うたびに気持ちがハッピーになり部屋にいてもカバンを眺めてしまします。大事にガンガン使わせて頂きます。

かぶせ蓋の事ですが、かぶせ蓋のボタンの同じ場所の外側もボタンにして、バッグ入り口のボタンと付けれるようにしたら、かぶせ蓋を使わない時も片方だけ外して中に垂らした状態で入り口がボタンで閉じれていいのかなぁと思いました。

帆布大好き！

grabe mini［グレーブミニ] バイカラー グレージュ×オリーブ　購入しました。
本当は、グレーブのグレージュ×オリーブを狙っていたのですが、色々と迷っているうちに売り切れてしまったので、ミニ発売時には迷わずグレージュ×オリーブを購入しました。
初カワニシカバンですが、しっかりとした帆布にとても好感が持てます。
また、持ち手のレザー部分もしっとりとした良い革が使われていて、今後の経年変化が楽しみです。
（左右の持ち手レザーで、マニア好みのうっすらトラのちょい色濃い目と普通に好まれそうなスムースレザーちょい色薄目で、それぞれ如何育つのか楽しみです。）
中のペットボトルホルダー的な所が、昨今のペットボトルの大型化（コンビニ麦茶等）に対応し易い様、『もう少し太くても良かったのでは？』と思い星の数を減らそうかと思いましたが、梱包されていた箱の『社長イラスト』や『愛されるものづくり』にグッと来たので、星５つとしました。

バックの中でスマホが行方不明（笑）になる事が多いのですが外ポケットに入れる事ができるので取り出しやすく凄く使いやすいです！
ファスナーも付いているので中身が見えないのが良いですね！雨の日にバックの中の財布が濡れてしまうことがあったのですがファスナーがついていると安心です。
ミニモンも大好きでよく使いますが、グレーブミニはかなり使いやすくお勧めです！
